El Pájaro Cú (featuring La Marisoul)

El Pájaro Cú features Eugene Rodríguez and La Marisoul exchanging verses accompanied by two son guitars of different timbres in a style learned from the jarocho master Andrés Vega Delfín from Boca de San Miguel, Veracruz. Set in natural and urban areas of the San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles, the video captures two regions of California where this rural style of son Jarocho has taken root and where artists live and work. El Pajaro Cu was shot by Armando Aparicio and TJ Reid and edited by Jean-Louis Droulers.
